Our Shipping Policy

For orders placed within the continental United States your items will be shipped UPS ground.  Shipping costs are prepaid and added to your invoice.  Most orders will ship same day if order is placed by 1:00 EST otherwise your order will ship the following day.

Some items are built to order which may require up to an additional 5-10 business days before shipment.  Although we do our best to ship same day, actual delivery time is not guaranteed.  If a valid email address is provided, you will be updated when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

For shipments outside the continental United States or for expedited shipping options, please email info@flashers-direct where one of our representatives can assist further.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for 30 days after items have been invoiced provided the item has been unused and shipped back in original condition.  To return a product, please email info@flashers-direct with your invoice number and the best way we can reach you.  At that point, you will be contacted with a RMA number and shipping information.

Once product has been received and inspection has been completed, you will be notified of return status.  If return is accepted, 80% of the original purchase price will be refunded.  If return is not accepted, the item will be returned at the shippers cost.  Typical reasons a return would be rejected would be product has been used, damaged, or returned not in original condition.  Please allow up to 30 days for return process.
